The goal of this email flow was to bring new customers and new subscribers to grow their email list within the community of Malibu and expand their house cleaning service.
This captivating campaign was composed of 3 welcome emails in which it showcases the benefits of being a subscriber. This campaign creates a visual feast of customer reviews and testimonials, why they are different, and to convince the client the value that they would benefit.
The first email triggers immediately after signing up welcoming new subscribers with a warm and personal greeting letting the subscriber know the benefits of becoming a new customer and rewarding them with a first deep cleaning discount.
Also, giving the subscriber a safe peace of mind with five star reviews and testimonials from real existing customers and subscribers who uses the service and how in good hands customers are.
The second email in this campaign journey, underlines why the business loves to stay connected with its customers and considers a key success to the value of communication through a personal social media in where the community shares and connects recommendations.
It also highlights on what to expect further down the line on their inboxes and invites the subscriber to connect and follow on the social media app.
Finally, we end this email journey reminding the new subscriber why the business is different and and why building trust is fundamental to a great relationship experience.
Giving them real reviews and testimonials from existing customers and to why is that Lilly's Cleaning is not only a choice but the choice and encourage them to get their free quote.
After designing and coding the three welcome emails for the welcome series campaign, it was time to go into Klaviyo and create the welcome series campaign and flow.
Adding the custom HTML and CSS emails into Klaviyo and using them as the templates for the welcome series campaign in their designated order.
After adding the emails as a final step, creating the automation for the campaign with one day in between the first two emails and 2 days for the final email and adding each subscriber to the email list and grow their audience.
